Residential Lawn Maintenance Service Agreement
Lawn service is to be provided on a weekly or bi-weekly basis during the months of March through Nov. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the services provided will be scheduled for the next available day. Lawn service will include mowing all turf areas, trimming all areas inaccessible to mower with line trimmer, edging all walkways and driveways, blowing all clippings with a power blower.
Billing Options
Option 1: Monthly Billing
I will perform services for the month, and then I will send an invoice out on the 1st of the next month to be paid no later than the 15th.
Option 2: 9 Month Billing
To arrive at this amount per month, take the number of service visits per year (30) and multiply by the cost per visit, and then divide by 9.
Option 3: 12 Month Billing
To arrive at the monthly payment due per month, take the number of service visits per year (30) and multiply it by the cost per service visit, then divide by 12. You will receive an invoice for the same amount each month.

The Contractor
Insurance: Contractor agrees to provide General Liability Insurance, Automotive Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and any other insurance required by law, have the correct license for the city/state.
This service agreement protects the customer and the contractor. It provides the customer with the services the contractor is to preform.
Invoices will be sent out to the client on the 1st of each month.
If payments are not received by the 15th of each service month, Bo’s LawnCare will impose a late fee of $15, withhold service, or cancel service. Client will not receive discount or be refunded for any service day missed due to late or nonpayment. CLIENT agrees to pay a $30 fee for each check returned from the bank for any and all reasons.
In the event of default the CLIENT agrees to reimburse Bo’s LawnCare all administrative costs, collection costs, attorney fees, recording fees and/or court costs.
Notes to Service Agreement
Additional services may be provided at additional costs as needed at client’s request. Such as mulching, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, bed maintenance etc. Any additional services will be billed separately in addition to regular lawn maintenance.
If you are not satisfied with the level of service you are being provided, please notify Bo Cline at Bo’s LawnCare immediately so that we can correct any issues in a timely manner.
Bo’s LawnCare, or its employees, is not responsible for any damage of items left on turf areas and/or malfunctioning or improperly installed sprinkler heads. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service. Failure to report damages within that time frame constitutes a waiver, and releases Bo’s LawnCare from liability.
If a dog is kept on the property, the CLIENT must have cleaned the lawn of pet droppings when the contractor is scheduled to service the lawn, or CLIENT may be charged a $5 equipment clean-up fee per visit.
There is no obligation for either party to continue service. Either party may terminate this agreement by serving a 15-day notice and remitting any payments due.
